ELIGIBILITY FOR MINOR CHILDREN AND TEENS To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“Parent“) prior to entering and be: (i) a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area“), and (ii) be the age of nine (9) at the time of entry (each a “Participant“, collectively the “Participants“). Each Participant Age 9 – 17 at the time of the sweepstakes entry must have the permission of his/her Parent prior to entry and such entry shall be deemed submitted by the Parent and shall be treated as if the Parent had made such entry and if chosen as a winner, the Grand Prize (hereinafter defined) will be awarded in the name of his/her Parent. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant and his/her Parent agrees to these Official Rules and all the decisions of Sponsor or Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Participant hereby grants Brand a royalty free, non-exclusive, non-revocable, sublicensable, transferrable, worldwide license to use the Participant content (as defined below) on Brand’s organic/paid social digital, including website, email marketing and owned and operated social channels, for an indefinite period upon initial upload on behalf of the Brand. "Participant Content" means the Deliverables, Participant's user name, voice, image, quotes, testimonials and/or performance. If Brand desires to use any Participant Content other than as permitted herein, Brand will obtain Participant's prior written consent thereto, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Brand may include personalized tags/identifiers in connection with the promotion of the Deliverables and Participant Content. Brand shall not be required to delete any social media shares/posts made by Participant, Brand or any other party, and shall not be responsible for any sharing of the Deliverables and/or Participant Content by any unaffiliated party after the License Term. We inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, and right to be forgotten, as well as your right to not be the subject of automated individual decisions, by sending an email to info@tirtir.us. TAX There is a chance of a tax burden on the participants of the #doublebubble UGC competition. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, theft, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the progress of this Promotion; nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant of the prize obtained in the Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstance that may prevent us from carrying out the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE We reserve the right to modify or expand these Terms and Conditions, as long as they do not harm or impair the rights of Promotion Participants.By participating in the sweepstakes, the Participant is, by implication, fully accepting the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of Instagram and TikTok, the social networks in which the sweepstakes is to be carried out. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it becomes evident that any of the Participants have not met the requirements of the rules and Terms and Conditions, or that the data provided for participation is not valid, the participation is considered null and void and the Participant will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prize(s) on offer in the Promotion.
